Ugh

Our second offer officially backed out today. Is this normal? Do people routinely make an offer on a house, go to all the trouble of signing the entire contract, then back out? It has basically happened to us twice in one week. It seems a little strange, and it is more than a little frustrating. I'm beginning to wonder if our house will get sold. It seems luck is not on our side so far. I guess at least we are getting offers, which is more than I can say for the first month on the market. Nonetheless, start gathering your recipes. The House Fund Bake Sale is tentatively scheduled for June 15th, in front of Kroger. More details to come!
