The new hire has worked out great so far. She does a good job, shows up on time, and has a good attitude.
But we are so busy (good problem to have these days), that I now need to hire another technician. So I am placing an ad and starting the whole hiring process over again. Pray for me.
Finding two coherent, non-mentally-challenged, reliable, sane employees in a two month period may be asking too much.
