After three weeks of trying, I finally found someone mentally stable enough to hire for my kennel position. She is a high school kid who seems smart and motivated. A lot of people seem smart and motivated. We'll see how I feel in a month.
I am just glad I can finally take my ad down, and I no longer have to sort out the seriously retarded from the only mildly retarded.
